SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. Overview
nexsculpture is committed to delivering your handcrafted sculptures with care. Please review our shipping policies regarding costs, timeframes, and procedures.

2. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the Continental United States. This excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, remote areas, and international destinations.

3. Expedited Shipping

  • Availability: Expedited shipping is available for small-size sculptures and rush orders.
  • Additional Fees: An extra fee applies. For a quote, contact us at [email protected]. We will provide details within one business day.
  • Large Sculptures: Expedited shipping is not available for large-size sculptures.

4. Global Shipping

  • Shipping Cost: Orders shipped outside the continental U.S. incur additional costs. For a quotation, contact [email protected].
  • Shipping Areas: We ship worldwide to most countries. We currently cannot ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, and India.
  • Customs & Duties: All applicable customs fees, import duties, and taxes are included in the quoted shipping cost.

5. Production and Delivery Time
All our sculptures are made-to-order and handcrafted. Production begins after your approval of the final drawing.

  • Standard Shipping: Production takes 35-40 business days, plus 25-30 business days for shipping. Total estimate: 60-70 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Total estimate: approximately 40-50 business days.

6. Packaging and Shipping Method

  • Packaging: Each sculpture is securely packed in a full wooden crate with industrial-strength stretch wrap and EPE foam to prevent damage.
  • Shipping Method: We primarily use ocean and truck freight. The final delivery to your address will be via a truck freight carrier.

7. Scheduling Delivery
If you require delivery by a specific date, please inform us in advance. We will coordinate the shipment to meet your requested timeframe.

8. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a traceable tracking number. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

9. Receiving Your Order

  • Inspection: Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Only sign the proof of delivery if the package appears undamaged. Report any damage within 3 business days of receipt. If no damage is reported within this period, the goods are considered received in good condition.
  • Unloading: Deliveries are curbside. You must have 3-4 able-bodied persons available to offload the crate. The driver may not operate the lift gate if the crate overhangs the truck bed, so manual assistance is required.

10. Additional Charges and Responsibilities

  • Storage/Re-Delivery Fees: Customers are responsible for any storage or re-delivery fees if they cannot accept the delivery as scheduled.
  • Storage Fees: If delivery is refused after confirmation, any storage fees charged by the carrier must be paid before re-delivery can be arranged.
  • Access Issues: If narrow streets, one-way roads, unfinished paths, or steep hills prevent delivery, you may need to pick up the item from the carrier’s nearest terminal.
