Cancellation Policy

• Before Production: You may cancel your order for a full refund before the CAD drawing is approved.
• After CAD Approval: If you cancel your order after the CAD drawing has been approved, a 50% restocking fee will apply.

Return Policy

• Custom Orders: All sculptures are made to order and customized specifically for you. Therefore, returns or refunds are not accepted due to personal reasons or delays caused by force majeure.
• Eligibility for Returns:
  • Returns will be accepted within 15 days after delivery.
  • Custom, showroom items and special orders may not be returned.
• Conditions for Return:
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Contact our customer service to confirm the return address.
  • Upon inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value, less a 50% restocking fee.
• Shipment Delays: We are not responsible for delays once shipments are in the possession of couriers. This includes delays due to courier or customs issues. Urgent order fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Fees

• Consumer-Initiated Returns: If the return is initiated by the consumer for reasons other than our error, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Costs will vary depending on the carrier chosen.
• Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping fees.

Refund Policy

• Inspection and Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card company.
• Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at [email protected].
