How can I order a custom sculpture in a size and design that is not available online?

Please Contacxt Us with the detailed information of the sculpture you want to order. Our sales representative will be in touch.

What’s your material of the sculptures?

We have bronze sculptures, 304/316 stainless steel scuptures, marble sculptures and fiberglass sculpture.

Do you have sculptures in stock?

We do not have sculptures in stock. All the sculptures are made to order and customized with customers’ design.

Do you provide installation service?

We do not currently provide installation services. All our sculptures are easy to install, and we will send you the installation guide when the sculptures are shipped out.

Do you support the deposit?

Yes, we support deposits. You can pay 50% of the order upfront and the remaining amount before shipping. Please contact us at [email protected] if you want to use a deposit for ordering the items.The custom link will send to you before placing the order.

How to Pay with Paypal without an Account?

Paypal supports checkout as a guest. You can follow the steps as shown.
1. Select ” Paypal ” when checkout.
2. Select ” Checkout as Guest “
3. Choose the cards from Visa, American Express, MasterCard according to your needs.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We handle international shipping and customs for stress-free delivery. Shipping costs will be charged according to the delivery address. We offer discounts and promotions throughout the year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Is expedite shipment available?

Nex Sculpture also offers expedited shipping for small size sculptures of rush orders and orders delivered to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, remote areas, Canada, and other countries with an additional shipping fee. Regarding additional cost for Expedited Shipping, please contact us, we will offer you the quotation within one business day. (Based on the dimension of the specific product and shipping address.)

For the large size sculptures, expedited shipping is not applicable.

What is your return policy for damaged items?

NEX Sculpture ensure every product shipping insurance service. If you receive damaged items or meet our return policy, we will refund them to you in full. Please check our return and refunds policy for more information.
